Technology has provided many wonderful new and exciting tools that benefit the Real Estate industry -- this web site for example. An internet presence is very important because 75% to 80% of all buyers start their search for a home on the internet. Having said that, it is still important to remember that Real Estate is a personal service business. Relationships are the backbone of this business. My client is my primary consideration in every transaction. My goal in every transaction is that both buyer and seller walk away feeling good about the outcome, but most important is that your interests, are always first and foremost. I accomplish this by carefully listening to you, being committed and having the know-how to produce results.
I really enjoy selling real estate. Some agents are either Buyer’s Agents or Seller’s, I am both, in other words I can handle either side of a transaction and in many cases I handle both. I enjoy negotiating the contract, solving the big and little problems and developing long lasting relationships. I think this is why I have so many satisfied clients that refer family and friends for their real estate needs!
I was born and raised in Southern California. As a child and adult I have spent a great deal of time in the Auburn area visiting my grandparents who have lived in Auburn since 1950. I always knew I would someday live here too. My husband Ron and I moved to Auburn in 1994 because we love everything about living in the foothills.
I have been in the Real Estate Industry in one capacity or another for about 23 years.

In 1973 when my husband and I bought our first piece of property and built our first home.

In 1978 we built our first apartment building (my husband became a general contractor in 1975 and has continued his career in the building industry).

1980 I began work for a Savings and Loan assisting in the acquisition of land and the development of joint venture partnerships.

In 1984 I took the position of Vice President of Construction Loans, Real Estate Workouts, and the Disposition of bank owned properties.

I started selling real estate in the Auburn area in 1995.
